Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for achieving sales targets
• Building strong professional relationship with customers and other stakeholders
• Completely understand the basics of Insurance and techniques of selling Insurance Products
• Keep good relationship with customers
• Present the company products to customers
• Developing new business
• Maintain renewal business
• Provide support with claims surveyor
• Assist in managing client relationship
• Response timely and professionally to both internal and external clients’ needs
• Implemented quality communication, customer support, and product presentation for each client.
• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as Sales in financial industry (Financial industry or Agency is preferable)
• 2+ years experience in sales team/agency team
• Good communication and having good customer relationship
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• BA in marketing/business or any relevant to the field.

Forte is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Designing Officer to join our marketing department. This role would be responsible for producing creative design concepts, overseeing design projects, and developing digital and print marketing materials for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials across Forte corporate brands, products and services (eg web images, social media posts, flyers, newsletters, advertisements, posters, presentations, invitations, physical assets etc)
• Brainstorm different creative theme ideas and designs to support marketing objectives
• Support the execution of videography and photography projects, merchandise, advertising, physical spaces, interiors, and any other digital or print materials
• Support brand guardianship of Forte’s visual identity to maintain brand integrity and cohesion across our brands, ensuring colleagues follow them and that principles are applied correctly
• Project manage the design, publication and/or production of promotional materials and assist in fact-checking and correcting formatting where required
• Work with external agencies to provide creative direction, briefs, requirements, project progress, and making technical recommendations on photography, videography, design or other multimedia projects
• Provide feedback on visual design to fellow team members and external agencies
• Coordinate between stakeholders within the marketing team as well as other departments to ensure smooth flow of work
• Present design work at various stages to managers and stakeholders for review and final approval
• Prepare and present regular reports to the line manager on design projects
• Develop a good understanding of audiences and customers to help ideate and evolve marketing campaigns
• Proactively develop and evolve design skills and stay current on industry trends
• Any other tasks and duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Proficiency in design software eg Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
• Photography and videography skills
• English and Khmer language skills
• Strong creative, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to execute different projects at the same time and work well under pressure
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following agile development methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency.

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as a technical lead on projects, guiding and mentoring junior developers to promote their growth and development.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and business analysts.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects and processes.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Identify and address technical challenges and issues, and propose effective solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex software problems, utilizing debugging tools and techniques to ensure timely resolution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in regular team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to review project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of development processes and methodologies, driving innovation and efficiency across the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with modern software development tools and frameworks, such as React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
