Phnom Penh, December 08, 2025 – Forte Insurance (Cambodia) Plc. and Sathapana Bank Plc. officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at building a partnership focused on empowering customers to live with confidence through innovative financial solutions and a stronger commitment to sustainable community development.
The MOU signing ceremony was presided over by senior leadership from both organizations, including Mr. Yoshiharu Morimoto, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sathapana Bank, and Mr. Suy Channtharong, Chief Executive Officer of Forte Insurance, along with management members, and distinguished guests.
