With an initial team of 20 rising to over 60 professionals, Forte incorportates a diverse spectrum of fields and talent. Along side this, we engage in a program to continually develop and redefine our professional capabilities.
Since Forte began, we’ve provided training to our staff, by letting them pursue their insurance diploma, or the higher-level associateship certification – the AMII and ACII – from Malaysia and the UK, respectively. We are the only insurance company in Cambodia to offer such training. Now, 14 of our staff have completed the qualification requirements that meet the globally recognized insurance standard.
